Hi everyone, I'm a 30 year old mother of a pretty awesome 12 (almost 13) year old boy. I live with my son and fiance and work a 40+ hour week in an office... Can we say boring job?

I have been working on being a better, healthier me for a few years but I always seemed to loose my way or let life get the best of me? Can anyone relate to that?! (I'm sure there are plenty of you!)

I joined challenge groups and found people to keep me accountable for my exercise and eating choices. After my first 90 day challenge I had lost 23 pounds! Then I started the boring office job and gained about 10 of those pounds back... Ugh! And then got comfortable in my relationship and really went off track!!

I actually let myself go so bad that I started having issues with my sciatic nerve in my back. I knew what  I needed to do to stop being in pain everyday, and I am finally getting myself back in shape and building up the core muscles I need to keep my back from hurting.

Now that I'm working hard on losing that weight again I want to help others meet their fitness and health goals while I'm at it!
