The Big Mac calls my name every now and again, with it's oh so yummy "secret" sauce. But it is possible to recreate some of you fav fast food meals at home and cut the portion sizes and some of the extra calories out to make it a bit better for your diet. Or are you a Whopper fan? (This is my next go to fast food choice) If this is the case, it is an easy remake at home! Get some lean ground beef (or ground turkey) and grill up some burgers! Slap on your cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions and then add you ketchup, mustard, and mayo in a more appropriate amount then the extra slathered on version from BK. For the bun, either use a sesame seed bun, or get real creative and wrap the entire thing in lettuce, omitting the bun all together!
