Good morning, and Happy Tuesday!!
I have been on quite a long hiatus from my blog, as well as working out 😓 I let life get the best of me and got busy with everything else but my health. I ended up gaining about 30lbs since I last spoke with you all! I went through many months of barely being able to walk due to sciatic nerve issues that like to flare up when I weigh too much.
After may doctors appointments, physical therapy, and medicines I was able to get myself back to where I could work out without being in pain. I haven't missed more than a day since then. I'm done hurting, I'm done making excuses, I'm done quitting!
Who's with me in getting their health back?!
